1. Become a Member

You must be a student at Decker Middle School in good standing with a 2.0 GPA or higher.

2. Become a Madrina.

“Madrinas” (godmothers in Spanish) are established Latina professionals or college students who come to LLT meetings to speak about their respective careers, college life and the personal challenges they have faced. They help our students understand the value of a strong network and serve as role models. All you need is an hour of your time in the afternoon to come and share your story with our students. If you have a special skill you can also help out by teaching a workshop!
