June 30^th: President's reception will be held at Stubb's Restaurant and Waller Creek Amphitheater from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. 

July 1^st: Spend an evening on the lake at The Oasis on Lake Travis.

• 7:00   p.m. - Arrive at the The Oasis on Lake Travis

                    - Mariachis

• 7:30   p.m. - Dinner served

• 7:30   p.m. - Happy the Entertainer (Latino comedian, magician & singer) (L/E theme)

• 8:37   p.m. - Chief Art Acevedo

• 9:00   p.m. - Show Ends - Attendees have a opportunity to network

• 9:15   p.m. - First bus returns attendees to the hotel

• 9:45   p.m. - Last call

• 10:00 p.m. - Last bus returns attendees to the hotel

July 2^nd: OPEN NIGHT - Attendees can explore 6th street, Congress Avenue, the Warehouse District, Dallas Night Club and Tejano Ranch on their own.

Transportation will be provided to the venues not within walking distance of the hotel.
